There’s a Severe Problem In South Jersey That Has Social Media Screaming

Since the beginning of 2018 I've seen a reoccurring problem being ranted about on all sorts of social media; including Facebook and Twitter. Now it could just be the winter, but there's a resolution that South Jerseyans are asking for this year:
