If you've ever wondered what the 'insanity' is all about when it comes to the Insane Inflatable 5K, then wonder no more.

On Saturday August 27th at Glen by the Bay Park in Galloway, get ready to run, slide, dodge, jump, fall, fall again, and make fun of me.  The SoJO 104.9 Insane Inflatable 5K is everything and then some.  The cool thing is, you really don't have to be a marathon or fitness junkie! Just enjoy the playground that you've always wanted since you were a kid.
