If you live or work in tow South Jersey towns, you should be aware of plans to spray for mosquitoes on Tuesday, Aug 21, for portions of Hammonton and Northfield where recent mosquito samples have tested positive for West Nile Virus.
A positive test for West Nile Virus was confirmed in Linwood by Atlantic County public health officials this week, the third in the county so far this summer.
Cape May County has its first confirmed case of West Nile virus. While it is the first in the county, it's just one of a growing number of cases across the state and country.
