September is suicide prevention month. Suicide is the second-leading cause of death among people aged 25 to 34 and the third-leading cause of death among people aged 15 to 24. There are more than 1,000 suicides on college campuses per year.Stockton University will host 20 events throughout this fall semester to support Suicide Prevention including a Suicide Prevention Walk on Oct. 1

Junior Seau has died, police are investigating suicide as the cause of death, according to TMZ.com.  He was 43-years old. Seau, a first round draft pick out of USC, was a 20-year veteran of the NFL playing linebacker for the San Diego Chargers, Miami Dolphins, and New England Patriots.
