The fate of a deer stranded in the ocean off Belmar, New Jersey beach could have been a lot different if not for a surfer coming to the rescue.

Rescuers are struggling to save at least six dolphins that became stranded on the beach in Sea Isle City.

It was a beautiful weekend to walk on the South Jersey beaches, so much so that some unusual friends decided to stop by.
