Drivers in Medford Lakes are understandably livid with the person who's been throwing rocks at cars in the South Jersey town.

A beach replenishment experiment on the east end of Cape May's beaches has resulted in a stretch of sand littered with large rocks.  Now the city officials have enlisted the U.S. Army to help with the clean up.
