Officials in Ocean City have mapped out a new, tougher plan for discouraging rowdy teenage behavior, one with harsher consequences for offenders.

Ocean City Police posted on their Facebook page saying this man is a suspect in a burglary/theft incident on the Boardwalk.

A random act of kindness was caught on camera in Ocean City when a police officer stopped his cruiser to help an elderly woman carry groceries up a flight of stairs.
