New Jersey is nice and trim overall, according to a new report. The Garden State has been ranked the 4th skinniest state in the nation following a study by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Colorado landed the top spot with the lowest obesity rate in the country for a second straight year. Mississippi has the highest.
