Millville High won the much anticipated matchup with Mainland 40-7 on Friday night, but Alabama commit Lotzeir Books stole the show.

Brooks commitment comes after many of the top football programs in the county lobbied for his services.

The Battle a the Beach is entering its fourth season and has become a signature event to kickoff the South Jersey football season.

Millville rising freshman Lotzeir Brooks was been a hot name on the recruiting scene as a freshman and just received two more Division I offers this week.
