Grapes and Grain Festival

I'm being very brave.  Bravery for art.  I recently met a very talented artist named Heather Deegan Hires for HeatherArtz.  I was so amazed by her body-painting skills that I decided to have it done myself.  You can watch me get painted this Saturday during the SoJO 104.9 Grapes and Grain wine and craft beer tasting festival.

In September of 2009 I had the time of my life visiting Paris, France.  It was the single most fulfilling adventure I've ever been on.  And did I mention the cheese, bread, and WINE!!!! Paris or Germany? Which would make for the ideal vacation?

First off, I love beer, which anyone who knows me already knows. And while I think the current craft beer craze is getting out of hand, I do love the fact that brewing beer has become an art and has created a seemingly endless list of unique flavors for just about any palate.

The Grapes and Grain Festival is a traveling wine and beer show set to a backdrop of delicious food and great music... and we're bringing it to Atlantic City. But that's not all we're bringing!

There's something so refreshing and seasonal about a cool glass of white wine.  Now that the warmer months have arrived, I thought I'd share some of my favorite white wines that fit into any budget.

In honor of the upcoming Grapes and Grain Festival on June 7th at Trump Taj Mahal, I bring you my five favorite craft beers!
