We all have memories of wonderful days on the Jersey Shore, and one town will take the memories of past years to be incorporated into a new hardcover book due out in 2014.

Stone Harbor will celebrate its Centennial in April of 2014, and a book will be published to give a history of the town.  You can help if you have lived in the town, currently live there, or have vacationed there in the past.

Stone Harbor's rich history will hopefully be highlighted, as the town has had many vacationers come from the Mid-Atlantic region.  Residents are a part of an area that has ranked in the last 10 years as one of the richest towns in America (based on the real estate int he area).

CBS 3 in Philly reports that this book will cover Stone Harbor's early days before it became into being, then the first 40 years followed by each decade up to present time.  If you want to share your old photos or memorabilia of Stone Harbor for inclusion in this book, the Stone Harbor Museum asks you to scan your stuff then upload them to the Stone Harbor Centennial Book Project Facebook page along with a description of who, what, and where.
