Didn't see that one coming!

Living in the '90s was so awesome. Truly there were the good old days. The fashion was memorable, the music was jamming, the pop culture scene was blowing up, and the entertainment was 5 gold stars.

Speaking of entertainment, the '90s gave us some pretty memorable movies. Off the top of my head I can think of 20 fantastic '90s movies from any drama. From Austin Powers and Armageddon to Mrs. Doubtfire and Toy Story, it was nonstop edge-of-your-seat fun.

What that being said though, what was New Jersey's favorite movie of the 1990s?

The people at Frontier Bundles decided to do some research on every state’s favorite ‘90s movie. For criteria, they looked at the 20 highest-earning movies that came out during the decade (’90-’99). They also took note of movies stood out and made a cultural impact in one way or another. And this is what they found for New Jersey.

New Jersey's favorite movie of the '90s in none other than Saving Private Ryan!

I know, crazy! I would have NEVER guessed that. But I guess a tough, gritty state like NJ deserves a tough, gritty film like Saving Private Ryan.

This might anger some people because I know a lot of people who actually don't like the film. I think it's great! A classic!
