New Jersey Couple Dies of COVID-19 on the Very Same Day
It's heartbreak for The Freda Family of New Jersey as they lose Larry and Vicki Freda to COVID-19 on the same day.
The couple had been married for 62 years, according to People.com. Lawrence Freda was 85 when he passed away from novel coronavirus on April 24. His beloved wife Victoria Freda, 83, succumbed to the illness just hours later.
Even more devastating, Larry and Vicki's 51-year-old son John died from COVID-19 just two days earlier.
Lawrence Freda was reportedly an Army vet, worked for Pabst Blue Ribbon Brewery for more than 20 years, and was also a custodian at a New Jersey high school.
Victoria Freda retired the executive secretary for the mayor of Fairfield, New Jersey 13 years ago.
I can only imagine how The Freda's are coping with these unfathomable losses of three of their own in such a short period of time. Our thoughts are with them during this difficult time.
