Mold has caused another local school to push back its first day of classes.The Northfield Community School posted this message to parents over the weekend. It says mold has caused school officials to push the start of school back to September 21st.

The Northfield Community School is at least the second school in South Jersey to push back the start of the school year because of mold.

Superintendent Janice DeCicco Fipp says the district has adopted a remediation plan for the safety of everyone who attends the combined elementary and middle school.
