Man Struck and Killed by 2 Tractor Trailers on New Jersey Turnpike
A driver was struck and killed on the New Jersey Turnpike Tuesday morning after his vehicle broke down.
22-year-old Jahmir Scott's vehicle became disabled at around Exit 6 near Mansfield, Burlington County at approximately 5:45 a.m., according to NJ.com.
Scott was struck by two passing tractor-trailers and another car, and died of his injuries. All of the drivers involved reportedly remained on the scene to cooperate with police.
Northbound lanes of the Turnpike were closed for some time, but have reopened, according to 6abc.com.
