Madonna Returning to Philly and Atlantic City This Fall

Madonna just made her local fans very, very happy. Not only is her new Rebel Heart Tour bringing her to Philadelphia, but it's stopping in Atlantic City as well. We can hardly catch our breaths with excitement!
