Lowe’s to Aid Hurricane Victims with Free Thanksgiving Dinners

Lowe's Home Improvement knows the community is still suffering from the effects of Hurricane Sandy, and that the holiday season may not be as festive as usual. So they've partnered with Boston Market to feed storm victims this Thanksgiving.

Lowe's and Boston Market will do their part to help Restore The Shore by providing more than 22,000 free grab-and-go, heat-and-serve Thanksgiving meals Wednesday, November 21st for those in New Jersey hardest hit by the storm.

Each meal includes fresh roasted turkey or ham, mashed potatoes with gravy, sweet corn and rolls.

With each meal serving about six people, Lowe’s will provide enough Thanksgiving dinners to feed more than 136,000 people in the impacted communities. In addition, Table Talk Pies of Worcester, Mass., donated more than 43,000 pies to be
