Looking for Work? Amazon Looks to Hire 700 Employees in Gloucester County

Amazon is looking to help you out by looking for help of their own.

If you've been down on your luck as of late and find it difficult to land a job don't fear because Amazon is looking for employees in South Jersey.

Today, the company is holding a hiring event from 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. at its fulfillment center. All are encouraged to apply. The fulfillment center is located in Logan Township. Amazon plans on hiring 700 employees, all ranging from full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions.

Amazon is looking ahead to the holiday season, where they expect to see an increase in orders starting around the biggest shopping day of the year, Black Friday.

Amazon's Logan Township Fulfillment Center is located at 2651 Oldmans Creeks Road, Logan Township, NJ 08085. Amazon's Fulfillment Center is one of the largest in South Jersey.

And as an added bonus Amazon is raising its minimum wage to $15/hour starting November 1.
