Liam Hemsworth is dishing some deets about his wedding to wife Miley Cyrus.

The Isn't It Romantic actor sat down for a new interview with NBC's Sunday TODAY, where he opened up about his wedding day and why he felt like it was finally the right time to tie the knot. "It was a really special day. It was pretty much just immediate family. "I feel really happy and really fortunate to be with such a great person," he said. "We've been through so much together over the last, ten years, so it felt like it was time."

Meanwhile, the "Nothing Breaks Like a Heart" singer uploaded several never-be-seen wedding photos to her Instagram account on Thursday (Feb. 14) to celebrate Valentine's Day.

Hemsworth also joked about how he and Cyrus deal with all the rumors. “I think I've been fake married about 9,000 times before my actual real marriage," he said. “We just try to keep as much of it private as we can. A lot of things we can't control, obviously. But I think not buying into the things that are maybe said about us.”

The rest of his interview airs this Sunday, Feb. 17 on NBC’s Sunday TODAY with Willie Geist.
