The rocker rolled up his sleeves and pitched right in.

Jon Bon Jovi was at the Red Bank location of his JBJ Soul Kitchen, which feeds both paying diners and those in need, on Thursday, washing dishes alongside other kitchen staff. Good man!

Soul Kitchen customers usually pay for their meals through volunteering or a cash donation. It has two other locations, at Rutgers University in Newark, and in Toms River.
