Vineland Police say a man from Dorothy is facing charges after a hit-and-run crash this past weekend.

The accident happened last Saturday and Dante and Lincoln Avenues.

According to police, 42-year-old Robert V. Dubois II, "fled the area after the initial impact and was followed by a witness until police arrived on location by the Family Shelter located on Mayslanding Road."

Dubois has been charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, leaving the scene of a collision, and failure to report a collision.

The public is reminded that charges are accusations and all persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
