Dispute Between Neighbors Turns Violent
North Wildwood Police said they responded Sunday to the 300 block of JFK Boulevard for a report of a home invasion.
Officers learned that Lyon and Soley had forced their way into an occupied motel unit by kicking in the door and assaulted the occupants inside. The incident stemmed from an earlier dispute between guests in neighboring units.

Charges
Lyon was charged with first-degree home invasion burglary, criminal mischief, and simple assault.
During a search of Soley following her arrest, officials said they found Adderall and Diazepam on her. She was charged with first-degree home invasion burglary and possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the North Wildwood Police Department's Detective Bureau at (609) 522-2411.
The public is reminded that charges are accusations and all persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
