Mays Landing, NJ Woman Guilty Aggravated Manslaughter & Other Crimes
The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office has confirmed that a Mays Landing, New Jersey woman has pleaded guilty to 6 indictable and one disorderly persons offense, involving 3 separate criminal cases.
Alexia M. Glass Pleads Guilty
On Thursday, September 3, 2026, Alexia M. Glass, 27 years old, from Mays Landing, New Jersey pleaded guilty to multiple offenses listed above.
The expectation is that Glass will receive a total sentence of 15 years in New Jersey State Prison for all charges, that are spread out amongst 3 separate criminal cases.
Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Has Released Information About All 3 Cases
First Case Involves A Fatal Vehicle Collision
This fatal crash occurred on March 28, 2024, involving victims Yolanda Pacheco, 22 at the time of death, from Mount Holly, New Jersey and Jenalise Sierra-Valentin, 30, of Egg Harbor City, New Jersey.
“Glass was operating her vehicle at excessive speed and under the influence when she crashed into Pacheco's vehicle, resulting in Pacheco's death,” said the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office.
Glass Pleaded Guilty To:
- first-degree Aggravated Manslaughter.
- second-degree Aggravated Assault.
- third-degree Joyriding.
- fourth-degree Criminal Mischief.
This case was investigated by the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office's Fatal Crash Investigation Unit, in collaboration with the New Jersey State Police.
About The Second Case — The Atlantic Prosecutor’s Office Said …
The second case involved an incident from April 22, 2022 in Pleasantville where Glass operated a vehicle while intoxicated with her two-month-old child in the back seat. Glass pleaded guilty to second-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child and to a disorderly persons offense of DUI with a Minor. The first offense DUl motor vehicle ticket will also be entered at sentencing. The case was investigated by the Pleasantville Police Department, said the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office.
The 3rd Case
The third case involves a December 2, 2020 eluding incident. “Glass, while operating a motor vehicle, failed to stop for law enforcement despite receiving a signal to do so. She pleaded guilty to third-degree Eluding. The case was investigated by the Hamilton Township Police Department,” said the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office.
