- first-degree Maintaining a Narcotics Production Facility.
- first-degree Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine.
About This Successful Prosecution — The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Said:
On November 27, 2024, members of the Hamilton Township Police Department and Atlantic County SWAT executed a search warrant at the defendant's residence in Mays Landing. During the search, police seized over 12 ounces of methamphetamine. Collet admitted to using his residence to prepare, process, package, and distribute methamphetamine to others, said the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office.
