For those who have doubted whether Atlantic City, New Jersey is still investable — guess again. Developers are bullish on Atlantic City.

Phase 1 is already fully completed. These are significant hikes that add 4 and 5 bedrooms, with 3 full bathrooms.

They are priced at between $ 630,000 to $ 830,000 and every single home is already sold — except for one that is being retained by the developer.

Construction began in May, 2026. This second phase includes 7 additional luxury homes — that will be located adjacent to the original development.

The 2nd phase homes are expected to be priced at between $ 850,000 to $ 1.5 million, which is illustrative of the current demand in Atlantic City.

Give Credit, Where Credit Is Due

Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small has rededicated his efforts to build bridges, and establish effective collaborations that can deliver results.

Some are hesitant to give Small credit for anything. The facts support my assessment about Small.

It’s working. As you can see, Mark Collazzo, Brian Zoubek, Keith Groff and MGM are all currently developing residential hosting units in Atlantic City.

MGM is serious about joining in, the other three mentioned above are in the construction phase as we speak.
