This particular Atlantic City, New Jersey Casino has very creatively established pop-up bars in the past with much success.

Customers just love it when new amenities become available.

This is a great themed space in the run-up to Valentine’s Day.

We have heard that the current plan is for XO pop-up bar to be open for about 6 weeks.

XO pop-up bar will replace the very successful “Candy Cane Lane” pop-up bar that was previously located in this same spot.

Here are some of the other pop-up themes of the past:

Resorts Casino Hotel Atlantic City is the first legal casino resort in Atlantic City, New Jersey … opening for business in May, 1978.

Believe it or not, Resorts Casino Hotel’s first corporate parent company was The Mary Carter Paint Company … a great trivia question.

Resorts was also owned by the late, great Merv Griffin in the late 1980’s, until 1998, when he sold Griffin Gaming Entertainment to Sun International Hotels.

Mr. Griffin was a wonderful man and a very kind owner, who I worked for (for) 2 years.

Not known or remembered by many, President Donald Trump also a partial former owner of Resorts Casino Hotel.

Trump purchased from Griffin and completed the Trump Taj Mahal, which was originally designed and developed by Resorts Casino Hotel.

Morris Bailey is the current owner of Resorts Casino Hotel since September, 2010 and he is an incredibly devoted owner.

Bailey loves Resorts Casino Hotel and Atlantic City in general.

Below are great photos from our listeners, readers, friends and family member foodies of great food items.

Bon appétit.
