Marty Small Faced His Trial First

Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small faced his critical tipping point, moment of truth first. Marty Small refused to accept a plea deal and he insisted on facing his jury of peers and testifying at his criminal trial from the witness stand.

Marty Small and his attorney’s, Ed Jacobs, Lou Barbone and Jordan Barbone shredded Atlantic County Prosecutor Will Reynolds at trial.

The Marty Small victory was so big that there would be no criminal trials for La’Quetta Small or Constance Days-Chapman — as Reynolds promptly moved to dismiss their criminal cases after being thrashed by Marty Small at trial.

That Was Then — This Is Now

Now, we return to the present day time. The Small Family is once again united and they recently enjoyed a family gathering, whereby they celebrated their daughter Jada’s acceptance to Kean University.

Friday...we did a thing...We gave Jada jada wayda a Graduation/Sendoff Event. It's been a rough 2 years for us as a family and we are blessed to have a lot to celebrate. Through it all, Jada graduated with High Honors from Atlantic City High School with a 3.8 GPA and was accepted to over 20 colleges.
