Atlantic City, NJ Batman Is Not Guilty of Aggravated Assault

The Atlantic County Prosecutor ‘s Office has dismissed an aggravated assault case that had been filed against “The Atlantic City Batman.”

Bordley has become popular and regularly poses for photos with Atlantic City residents and tourists.

Incident of 7 Months Ago

Bordley was arrested back in August, 2025 after he pepper-sprayed a man, following an altercation. Bordley claims that the man spit in his mouth.

Has dismissed the aggravated assault case versus Bordley.

Bordley shared on Facebook that he fallen from his bicycle and a man “ spit in my mouth.” Bordley further wrote that he "snapped and pepper-sprayed him, then got locked up. Can't win with this city,” wrote The Atlantic City Batman.
