Two South Jersey towns now rank in top 100 for most expensive home values in nation

Well if you are looking to buy in Cape May County towns, Avalon or Stone Harbor its gonna cost you.
Both towns on 7 Mile Island ranked among the most expensive home values in the nation with Avalon ranked No. 73 and Stone Harbor coming in at No. 82.
Overall eight New Jersey towns ranked in the Top 150 according to the latest data for April from Zillow.

Topping the list from New Jersey was Deal in Monmouth County, which came in at No. 25 in the nation. Next at No. 49 was Alpine in Bergan County, then Avalon and Stone Harbor. Rounding out the New Jersey towns were Short Hills (116) in Essex County, Allenhurst (121) and Sea Girt (127) in Monmouth County and Mantoloking (128) in Ocean County.
The home values in Avalon came in at $2,576,788, while over in Stone Harbor the value was $2,377,611.
The No. 1 town in the nation? Atherton, which is located in San Mateo County, CA, with an average value of $7,804,232
No Atlantic or Cumberland County towns made the list.
