If you are a Philadelphia Eagles fan and not spending time in Sea Isle City during the month of June, you are really missing out on the numerous former and current Eagles players visiting South Jersey.

Aside from Jason Kelce's annual Team 62 Fundraising event at The Ocean Drive, there were numerous Eagles players in town the previous weekend to raise money for the Make The World Better Foundation.

Former Eagles Linebacker Connor Barwin hosted the second annual MTWB Pickleball Tournament in Sea Isle City.  Players such as Eagles Kicker Jake Elliott along with Super Bowl Champion Eagles Players Beau Allen and Malcolm Jenkins all came out to support the great cause.

Two Eagles Super Bowl Champions Go Out For Breakfast In Sea Isle City

Some of the players have stayed in Sea Isle City after the weekend and decided to out for breakfast.  The recently retired Jason Kelce joined former Eagles Defensive Lineman Beau Allen at Bright Spot Cafe, located at the corner of 40th Street and Landis Avenue.

The two former Eagles players arrived on mopeds and decided to eat breakfast outside. The Super Bowl Champions were kind enough to take pictures with the staff of the Sea Isle City farm-to-table dining establishment.

Bright Spot Cafe Co-Owner Shannon Brower told 973 ESPN South Jersey the two former Eagles players ordered a "healthy breakfast" because they said their plan was to eat before going to work out.  This is not surprising considering Beau Allen told 973 ESPN a few days earlier he still trains hard in the gym even as a retired NFL Player.

Jason Kelce said on his New Heights Show Podcast that his goal post-NFL career was to lose 40-50 pounds. His efforts to cut the football weight can be seen in recent photos and this will be good for his overall health long term.

Both of the former Eagles players are staying involved in the media world post-NFL career.  Aside from the Kelce Brother's podcast, Jason will be a part of ESPN's Monday Night Football coverage this upcoming NFL season. Beau Allen is a member of the Green Light Podcast crew, a digital show started by another former Eagles player and Super Bowl Champion, Chris Long.

Bright Spot Cafe in Sea Isle City is across the street from "The OD" where Jason Kelce's annual Team 62 Fundraiser is hosted each year.  The Ocean Driver is one of the oldest buildings still standing in Sea Isle City.

Do remember these other businesses that used to operate in this popular South Jersey Shore Town?
