The Philadelphia Specials have announced the release date for their third and final holiday album.

Mark your calendars, the date of this much-anticipated release is November 29, Black Friday.

Can you imagine all the people waiting outside Walmart for the doors to open so they can get their hands on one of these albums?

Perhaps true Eagles fans will go with friends use the team approach, and do the Tush Push as soon as the doors open.

Who knew Walmart even sold albums anymore?

Ah, but alas, fans won't have to endure that kind of craziness.

Are These Really the Top Ten Wide Receivers in Eagles Franchise History (973espn.com)

The album, titled, A Philly Special Christmas Party,  will be available in a digital format on November 29th, and there will also be a limited edition, white vinyl version of the album.

The  Eagles will be selling the album online at The Philly Specials' Official Website.

For those who want to secure a copy of this limited edition album, you can place a pre-order, beginning November 1.

This album will feature many famous musicians.

Leading the effort on this project is Jason Kelce along with the Eagles' offensive linemen Jordan Mailata and Lane Johnson.

Jason and brother Travis will team up with Boyz II Men on the first single,  It's Christmas Time (In Cleveland Heights).

While the album has been fun for all involved, the reason for the album is quite serious.

Proceeds from the album will benefit local children's charities.  The previous two albums brought in more than 4 million dollars for charities.

The expectation is this year's edition will be the biggest yet.

The producers say there will be many surprise guests on the album, yet to be announced.

Here's Jason Kelce's $2.2 Million Beach House in Sea Isle City, New Jersey

Ever since Jason Kelce made his emotional retirement announcement, the former Eagles Center has embraced the post-football life. Having grown up in Ohio and playing College Football at the University of Cincinnati, some would think Jason Kelce would spend his post-career years back at home, but he has chosen to live in New Jersey.

Thanks to his wife Kylie growing up in the Suburban Philadelphia area and playing his entire NFL career for the Eagles, Jason Kelce has now planted his life here in Eagles Country. After vacationing in Sea Isle City for years, the Kelces have purchased a Beach House in South Jersey. Makes sense considering Sea Isle City is one of the 50 Best Places to Retire in New Jersey and one of the best towns to live in Cape May County.
Reportedly sold for $2.2 Million right off the boardwalk, check out Jason Kelce's Sea Isle City Beach House
