Something New is Coming to Atlantic City
Something new is coming to the Quarter at the Tropicana in Atlantic City.
It's called the Game Up Lounge, a truly unique arcade experience, unlike anything else in the city.
The high-end arcade features the latest social gaming technology set in a futuristic atmosphere.
Featuring state-of-the-art pinball, social games, as well as deluxe arcade classics, and virtual and augmented reality machines, Game Up Lounge brings the arcade experience to a whole new level.
The Game Up Lounge is set in 2,700 square feet and features over 20 attractions as well as a kicking sound system, and TVs.
Of course, no arcade is complete without a snack bar to satisfy your munchies, and they have that covered as well.
The arcade features the latest games like Godzilla Kaiju Wars, and King Kong of Skull Island II as well as updated versions of classic games like augmented reality darts, Deadpool-themed pinball, Jet-Pong, air hockey, and more.
Unlike arcades of yesteryear, you won't need a pocket full of quarters for the Game Up Lounge. This arcade features re-loadable cards.
You will load the cards with cash or credit. You also won't have to carry strands of tickets. Points are accumulated on the cards and you can redeem those for prizes.
Additionally, you can use the same cards at the Family Fun Station on the ground level of the North Tower.
Joseph Giunta, Senior Vice President and General Manager, of Tropicana Atlantic City says,
"This new addition brings a fresh energy to our resort, offering both locals and visitors an innovative and social gaming experience that will have them returning again and again.”
Game Up Lounge is now open Sunday through Thursday 11 am until midnight, and on Friday and Saturday from 11 am until 2 am.
Game Up Lounge joins Breathe Salt Spa, Gin Rickey's, The Royce Social Hall, Wild Honey Smokehouse and Tavern and Odie & Ott's.
