The Reason This Beloved New Jersey Restaurant Is Closing For A Second Time
Here we go again.
It appears this is becoming a regular thing.
It happened last summer, and now it's happening again this summer!
A beloved South Jersey restaurant, open for nearly 70 years, is closing its doors once again for the summer season.

It was big news last year when they announced they were closing for summer renovations, with concerns from patrons that the changes would take away from the charm of the castle-like decor.
They reopened the restaurant at the end of the season to everyone's delight, but now, according to their Facebook page, they're temporarily closing again.

The Pub will TEMPORARILY close for the summer. We will be closed from June 30 thru Sept 18. We will re-open on Friday 9/19. Stay safe and enjoy your summer - see you in September!
So the big question is, what's the reason for the temporary shutdown of this popular restaurant located in Pennsauken, known for its delicious prime rib and salad bar?
Why is The Pub Closing Again?
According to Patch, The Pub will once again be undergoing maintenance when business is a little slower.
"They like to close for the summer to give everyone vacation time and also to do repairs and maintenance on the building during the slow summer months," a representative of The Pub told Patch.
So, while you enjoy the beach this summer, don't worry, a delicious prime rib will be waiting for you at The Pub when they reopen on September 18th!
