North Jersey - 20% to 40% chance.
Central Jersey - 10% to 20% chance
Southern New Jersey - 5% to 10% chance.

We did find one extended outlook for Christmas Day in New Jersey.
Accuweather says extreme northwestern New Jersey will see freezing rain, central parts of the state just rain and a high of 41, and in southern New Jersey Christmas Day will be rainy with a high of 49 degrees.
