The Joan Darcy and pALS Foundation would LOVE for you to take part in the plunge and we're just days away. It's time to bust out your bathing suit and gather up your friends and family and head to Manasquan this weekend.

4.2 million dollars has been raised over the past 17 years to support the quality of life for those suffering with ALS, according valentinepludge.com. $370,000 was raised last year alone.

The 18th Annual Valentine Plunge in Manasquan takes place this Saturday, February 10th on Manasquan's Main Beach, at the end of East Main Street.

Just close your eyes and picture sunny skies and 95 degrees at the Jersey Shore. Run and run fast! You may want to have a towel, hand warmers and some hot chocolate waiting for you when you get out.
