Have you ever had Mediterranean food?

I'll be honest, I had never had it until a few months ago when I was in Philly with my buddy, and he took me to this little Mediterranean spot in the city.

I was blown away by how good the food was, and now it's something I love eating a few times a month if I can.

And we've got a lot of good Mediterranean spots around the shore.

There's Samara Grill off 37, Baladina off Fischer Boulevard, and even in Seaside Heights you can enjoy Mediterranean food from Samara's flagship location on the island!

So when a popular Mediterranean chain announced its plans to open its first location near the Jersey Shore, you can bet I was pretty excited.

Cava Mediterranean Plans On Opening Its First Location In Brick, NJ

If you're not familiar with Cava, it is a very popular Mediterranean chain within the Garden State boasting 9 locations throughout Jersey.

And soon, Cava will be coming to the Jersey Shore, according to APP there's a new location getting ready to open in Brick.

Cava will be moving into the old Atlantic Bread building, right off Cedar Bridge Avenue, and is expected to open sometime before the summer of 2025.

Cava is known for its garlic ranch pita chips, fresh bowls filled with steak, dips, rice, and more, and will be a great addition to the Jersey Shore!
