Is ‘Captain America’ Going to Quit Acting?

We're always going to have Captain America, after all, The Avengers only grossed about 1.5 billion dollars.  But are we going to lose a familiar face behind the blue mask?

Actor Chris Evans tells Variety Magazine that he's 'ready to retire from acting in order to focus on his directing career.'

Now before you get too upset, Chris is under contract to do three more Marvel films, including the upcoming Avengers 2.  You can also see him in Captain America 2: Winter Soldier which is due out in theaters April 4th.
