Gloucester Township Appears to be Getting a Music and Comedy Buffet
A casino-style food and entertainment buffet is reportedly coming to the Cross Keys area of Gloucester Township.
Char’d Music & Comedy Buffet appears to be joining other businesses in the Shoppes at Cross Keys on Berlin-Cross Keys Road in Sicklerville, where Starbucks, Hobby Lobby, and Texas Roadhouse are located, according to 42freeway.com. Char'd looks to be taking over the space of the former East Garden Buffet.
So, what exactly IS a Char’d Music & Comedy Buffet? Well, here's how Char'd describes itself on its official website: "Welcome to South Jersey’s first and only casino style buffet & entertainment venue featuring premium jazz & celebrity based comedy events."

I don't know about you, but Char'd has got my attention. I know Gloucester Township isn't the most glamorous part of South Jersey (I can say that because I grew up there), but this could be exactly kind of the local fun we crave! And, for all my Brunch lovers out there, Char'd reportedly hosts a Brunch buffet for $19.99/person. The dinner buffet looks to cost $24.99/person.
While the comfort of eating from a buffet may be a ways off, because of the ongoing pandemic, the addition of Char'd Music & Comedy Buffet is an exciting development. It's awesome to see Gloucester Township grow like it has in the last couple years, especially with the addition of the Gloucester Twp. Premium Outlets and Dave & Buster's.
