Footage of Donovan McNabb Getting Arrested is Released [VIDEO]

We reported last week that former Philadelphia Eagles Quarterback Donovan McNabb was arrested with his second DUI.  Video footage of the arrest and conversation with Police officers have been released.

McNabb rear ended a vehicle that was stopped at a red light.  It's his second arrest in two years.
