Additional Information

Stockton University students host their first open to the public, Farm to Table symposium. This semester, a new general studies course has students getting their hands dirty as they learn, explore, and experience farm to table philosophies that promote traceability and locality of food. After a semester of course experiences, they are ready to share their experiences. The symposium showcases and promotes awareness of farm to table considerations, student's personal journeys, and research. Event attendees will have opportunities to engage with students to discuss topics and participate in a number of hands-on activities including but not limited to: informational panel sessions, farmers market, petting zoo, start your own garden ideas, make your own pots, plant a seed, gardening fun facts, and more!

This event is free. Items available for purchase at event.
