Talk about a yummy way to kick off summer!

On Tuesday, June 23rd, if you show up to the Cinnaminson Police Department on Manor Rd. between 1-6 p.m., Sgt. Mike will give you a voucher good for a free kid's size water ice from the Rita's on Cinnaminson Ave. Nom, nom, nom!

If you live in the Cinnaminson area you'll want to take advantage of this offer because this first week of summer has South Jersey near or at 90 degrees almost every day. And, let's be honest, who can turn down FREE water ice from Rita's? I'm powerless against it.

Also, I think a gesture as simple as this involving police and the community goes a really long way considering the current state of events in the country.

I have been craving Rita's. I haven't had any yet this year! I'm usually first in line on the first day of spring. But, like with so many things, the coronavirus pandemic has postponed the enjoyment of many things. But there's a mint chocolate chip and vanilla custard Rita's gelati with my name on it very soon.

What's your favorite flavor of Rita's water ice? Let us know in the comment box below.
