American Idol Auditions Coming to Philly in September

American Idol is coming back for Season 17 with judges Katy Perry, Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan. Ryan Seacrest will also be back as host of the singing competition show. Will YOU be there?

Auditions are scheduled to begin soon, according to Billboard Magazine. The first Idol auditions for the new season take place in Tampa and San Diego on August 25th.

The Idol Bus will make a stop in Philadelphia on September 6th. If you can't make it to Philly, you can also submit your audition online on the American Idol casting page or on Facebook and Twitter using the hashtag #TheNextIdol. Contestants must be between 15 and 28 years old.

I can't help but wonder if Galloway's Mara Justine will audition again after coming so close to making the Top 10 during Season 16.
