Alleged Gang Member Charged with Attempted Murder for Running Over a Man Sunday

A Marshallville, Cape May County, man has been charged with attempted murder in connection to running over a person on Sunday in Hamilton Township.

The Atlantic County Prosecutors Office says Hamilton Township Police responded to Somers Point-Mays Landing Road near Babcock Road around 2:30 Sunday afternoon for the report of a crash between a pick-up truck and a motorcycle.

Authorities say the driver of the truck, identified as 35-year-old Noah Frost, hit the victim's motorcycle and then struck and ran over the victim after he had exited his vehicle.

Both Frost and the victim are known to be affiliated with the Pagans Outlaw Motorcycle Club.

The driver of the motorcycle was transported to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center-City for treatment of critical injuries.

Frost was charged with 1st Degree Attempted Murder, 2nd Degree Aggravated Assault, 4th Degree Assault by Auto, and 3rd Degree Leaving the Scene of an Accident. Frost was taken into custody and is lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
