The Worst Parking Ever?

This piece of work has taken BAD PARKING to a whole 'nother level! At this point, they want to be caught - it is obviously a cry for help.

Not only does this driver scoff at the NO PARKING signs, he doesn't let the barricades that are BLOCKING THE PARKING SPACES stop him either. Bravo sir!
