Tiya Hudson was sleeping in her bed Sunday night when gunfire erupted outside her family's home.  The 13-year old was hit by a stray bullet.

The incident took place on Hathaway Drive in the Sicklerville section of Winslow Township.

The stray bullet hit Tiya in the lower back as she slept alone in her room. She was taken to the hospital where she is said to be in stable condition.

The victim's older sister Toni Hudson tells 6abc.com that she had just checked in on her sister when minutes later she heard the gunshots.  She then saw her little sister crawling down the hallway screaming she was going to die.

Two younger sisters were also asleep in the home at the time the bullets flew.

Winslow Twp. Police and the Camden County Prosecutor's Office investigated and collected evidence from the scene but there have been no reports of any arrests or identification of the shooter and/or shooters.  Nearly a dozen shell casings were reportedly found on the scene.

Tiya Hudson wasn't the only victim. A woman in a home across the street was injured by flying glass after a bullet shattered a window.
