Who Vandalized the Seawall in North Wildwood?

Folks in North Wildwood are asking for your help in finding the person or people who vandalized part of the seawall there recently.

North Wildwood Recreation and Tourism posted some pictures on Facebook of a big area of graffiti along the town's seawall...

Of course, the seawall faces the ocean which means more fish than people will probably see this making this an even more pointless act of stupidity.
