What’s Going Up Next to Chickie’s in Egg Harbor Township?

There's a lot of new construction up and down the Black Horse Pike in EHT, but we're particularly interested in what this structure next to Chickie's & Pete's might be.

I snapped a couple photos (from the passenger seat, of course) while I was stopped at the light near English Creek Shopping Center. I thought maybe it was the bank the recently shut down but that's closer to the corner of English Creek Road. This is being built from the ground up, and I'm just hoping its not another mattress or cellular store, lol.
