There's a stretch of unoccupied land off Black Horse Pike in front of Hamilton Commons in Mays Landing just waiting for something new. So what's missing in Mays Landing? What should be built on this empty lot?

This piece of real estate used to be home to Volcanic Eruptions gentleman's club, which was demolished earlier this month. The club closed down last October, but the property remains for sale.

The owners of Hamilton Commons (home to Regal Cinemas, Five Below, Ross and more) are reportedly interested in purchasing the site, according to Press of Atlantic City and Hamilton Twp. officials.
