What Do You Call Someone From New Jersey?

When I was in Florida, someone asked me where I was from, and I told them that I live in New Jersey.

She said to me, "So, what do you call yourself...what do you call someone from New Jersey?" She told me she was a "Floridian" by the way.

I was embarrassed to tell her, "Ummm...I don't know. I never really thought about it before."

So I looked it up, and there are TWO terms you can use for us folks from New Jersey:

1. New Jerseyan    2. New Jerseyite
