What Age Is Too Old For a Hickey?

Listener Matthew told us that he was shocked when his wife had a few too many glasses of wine the other night and ended up giving him a hickey!

They're both in their late 30s and Matthew said he hadn't had a hickey since high school. So, what age is too old to GIVE or GET a hickey?
